Steven recently launched The One Life Investments group for investments, consulting and advisory services. He co-founded the Black Entrepreneurs Club in 2020 to support Black founders and create more equitable financial systems. With 30 years experience in investment banking at firms like Citi and Credit Suisse, he worked as a Managing Director overseeing large teams and budgets. He has entrepreneurial experience creating new revenue streams through fintech investments and innovative solutions like automated clearing. For the last 5 years, he focused on technology modernization, retiring legacy systems while building new applications in parallel without additional budget. Steven has advocated for diversity, inclusion, and mentored others throughout his career while serving on boards and advisory roles.
